By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or secure online payment gateways.
The balance (if applicable) must be settled before the tour begins, as agreed.
All prices are quoted in USD (or LKR as specified) and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Cancellations by the customer must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
30+ days before departure: Full refund (minus any bank/payment fees)
15–29 days: 50% refund
Less than 14 days: No refund
No-shows or early departures during the tour are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Yellow Triangle Tours (e.g., due to weather or unforeseen events) will be refunded in full or rescheduled as per customer preference.
Tour packages clearly list what is included (transport, guides, accommodation, entry tickets, etc.) and what is not (meals not mentioned, personal expenses, tips, etc.). Please review your specific itinerary for details.
We highly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, accidents, and personal belongings. Yellow Triangle Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the tour.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, always prioritizing safety and experience.
Customers will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
Guests are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to the tour. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. Safety instructions provided by guides must be followed.
Yellow Triangle Tours acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other services. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party services.
We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, visa, and any required permits for Sri Lanka. We can offer advice but cannot be held responsible for entry denial or travel issues due to incomplete documentation.
All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Yellow Triangle Tours and may not be copied or reused without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
